You need to go to Account settings and add sites you want to crosspost to from the tab Other sites ( you can add up to five). Then you can also set whether you want to crosspost to these by default and whether or not to disable comments elsewhere. After that, whenever you post, the form will have the other sites listed at the bottom of the page, with the possibility to tick/untick the crosspost box.
