This doesn't answer your question, unfortunately, but I followed the same instructions, and while the 3 new content handler strings show up on my config page correctly, I can't pull up Dreamwidth as an option in the pull-down menu. I'm using Firefox v. 3.0.9. :/ I'm trying to figure out if there's something obvious I'm missing here?
