I want to make a feed to follow this blog: http://symposium.transformativeworks.org on Dreamwidth.

How do I make one?

They already have an RSS feed set up, whose address is http://symposium.transformativeworks.org/feed/ (I found it at the bottom of the page). So all you need to do is follow this FAQ, using the feed address instead of the blog's normal address.

If you look at the bottom of the page you linked, there's a feed link (two, actually -- one for entries, one for comments). You'll need to create your feed (How do I create or subscribe to a feed?) using the address of the feed supplied by the site you want the feed to draw from.
