How to remove someone from my profile completely?

Hey I have a little problem. I recently drifted apart with one friend of mine, so I unsubscribed & declined the person's access to my journal. After banning the person, I can still see the person's accounts listed on my profiles "Also Access From" & "Also Subscribed From" lists (the person friended me earlier by using Open ID (Livejournal) & Dreamwidth accounts).

Is it possible to remove the accounts from my profile completely? I really would not like to contact and ask the person to defriend me & unsubscribe me manually, because we did not separate in good terms.

Is there some other way to do it?

Thank you :)

Generally speaking, no.

The idea of "subscription" is that any subscriber can follow public posts.

By giving you access, this person has allowed to you to see some subsection of their private posts. So in a sense, this has nothing to do with your account and everything to do with their account.

Other options to eliminate them from view would be to lock your posts or to rename and privately announce to the people you'd like to find you the new name.

If you're considering this, note that renaming with a rename token will automatically transfer all your subscribers to the new name; to clear your lists out you'll have to actually start a brand new account and manually transfer anything you want transferred.

I think you can actually decide not start anew, without any of your previous subscribers (see FAQ #213). However the FAQ also says: "
In both cases, all comments and community entries you made under your old username will be updated to show your new username, so renaming is not an effective way to completely divorce yourself from your old username."
