Loudtwitter Posting

With the demise of twittenesis, I'm trying to set up loudtwitter to post to my DW. I have tried setting up the ATOM API posting, as that's what it used when I was on LJ, but either it doesn't work or I have the wrong URL.

So my questions are:

1. Which setup style works with Dreamwidth?

ATOM API posting configuration
XMLRPC posting configuration
Invite LoudTwitter as TypePad Guest Author

2. What URLs do I need to know to link?
