Thank you so much - that worked and then I could put in the breaks that I needed. I had no idea what that ticky box even meant! Why only the one entry needed that clicking I have no idea when I used the same coding for them all and there were nowhere near the number of line spaces in the coding than what it was leaving. But it matters no longer for I now have something that looks like I intended. :D
