DW claims to have received all the comments. Perhaps it just takes a while for the database to wire them up correctly? (My user profile page shows a large number of comments and the import page says comments were imported successfully, but they're not attached to my entries. They're, I dunno, hanging out in dark alleys in the DB or something, I guess.)
