Hmm! Sorry, now we're past my knowledge. I'm with you, that does look a little odd. Okay: the FAQ entry on importing a journal is here and it says you'll get an email when the import is finished. I know your profile is showing the 27K comments; have you received the email saying they're done? If not, it may simply be that that job hasn't processed yet.

If you have received an email saying the import is finished and you still don't have comments, you may need to report it, and you'd do that here.
