The main guide I know is from vriddy which is a somewhat My Hero Academia oriented guide, but it links to several other guides as well and gives a shortish basic overview of DW and a few functions! I would recommend it for people who are looking for fandom-centric guides/spaces, but it's not particularly twitter oriented.
