Duplicate feed

There appear to be two copies of the PhD comics feed: phd_comics_feed and phd_comics_feed. Can anyone spot why there isn't just one feed? Can they be merged?

One is the normal feed and one is a feed called "justcomics". I don't know how much non-comics material makes it in to the full feed. I've spotted a few other duplicates where there are multiple feeds from the same site; I think if they're actually the same content (say, a site has both RSS and Atom feeds), it's a different issue than if there are feeds to different content, which this may be.
