Layout problems

I'm currently using Transmogrified Basic for my layout. However, the various modules that used to be in the sidebar (Calendar, tag cloud, list of posts, etc) now appear at the foot of the page, even though I have gone through the Customize Style menu to make sure they are set to 'Sidebar'. Am I being really dim and missing some obvious factor why this isn't working?

What browser are you using? I am forced to use Internet Explorer 6 at work, and it does the same thing to me there. However, it seems fine in IE 7 and Firefox.

Seconded. IE 6 puts the sidebar at the bottom; Firefox keeps it where it belongs.

Now, if only IE 6 didn't make the posting box almost impossible to use, as well! (The drop-boxes for tags and mood etc are in the middle of the text box. Most annoying.)

Tell me about it. I was forced to switch to the Celerity site scheme from Tropospherical. I'm told the Lynx works well for that, too.

It's currently looking fine to me, with modules in the right-hand sidebar where they presumably belong. I checked it in FF 3.0.0 and Safari 3.2.1 on my Mac.

I just switched from Transmogrified to Core 2 (header images!!! whee!), and now mine's doing the same thing. And I don't have any custom CSS at all.

ETA: In both Firefox and IE7--latest updates on both browsers.

That's normal for unadorned Core 2.

Ah, gotcha--I'd played with it awhile ago, and didn't remember that, but I know it's been changed a lot--or maybe I just missed that while playing. :D Thanks!
