Crossposting to communities?

Is crossposting from a DW community to a LJ community possible?

The communities have limited membership and all members would be members in both communities.

The FAQ says no:

You may not crosspost to communities, even if you're that community's owner and moderator.

There was talk at one point of maybe, eventually enabling it for single-member communities (all entries by one person), but I do not know if that will indeed come to pass.
