Customization problem

I was attempting to help metavolition import an LJ layout (this one) according to this tutorial; however, although we followed it exactly, once we got to the customization page, it said "Sorry, there was a problem." and didn't allow us to do anything. Is anyone else having this problem? How can we fix it? We tried deleting the previous layer, but the error is still there.

Also, for my community jetlag, I imported an LJ layout, and it looks good—except that the title doesn't show up in the black bar above the entries. Any idea on how to fix that?
