moving DW invite codes

Does anyone how to move invite codes from one journal to another?  I have several with a different journal and I would like to move them so I can invite from this one. Is this possible?

Also, in which dw-journal would I request they hold off on giving me new invite codes for a while?  I would rather my new ones (from now on that is) go to someone who needs them or who has friends that need them.

You can make a support request and ask to have them block your account from getting more invites - that's what I ended up doing.
