Weird; apparently the URL you needed was http://www.dreamwidth.org/accountstatus.bml?authas=<communityname>, but you can't really 'select' that from that page except by handcoding it. There should be a dropdown on that page similar to what LJ has at customize/options.bml (DW doesn't seem to have that on the analogous page, either).
