LJ Friends page

I like Dreamwidth, I like the concept, the ideas, and everything about it. However, a LARGE number of my friends use exclusively LJ. Is there a way to somehow condense that friends page into the DW reading page, so that I don't miss stuff?

I know you can add their lj feed to your reading page, but that doesn't really help you with locked things (I'm pretty sure. Someone with more savvy should correct me).

It's really easy to do that if you're using firefox and can follow these instructions.

This is something that Dreamwith aims to do eventually, but it's a pretty difficult problem with the technologies that currently exist (such as RSS and OpenID). So right now they're still at the bouncing ideas around stage. I'm afraid we won't see much progress until Open Beta is here and stable, because this is just such a huge project. I'm really hoping someone will come up with a brilliant workround eventually, though.
