Tag Subscription

I thought I read somewhere that it was possible for paid accounts to put in a subscription filter for tags but I can't find it anymore. Am I imagining this? If not, how do I do it?

Go to: http://www.dreamwidth.org/manage/subscriptions/filters

Select a filter (or create a new one)
Put a user (some users) in the filter.
Select a user from the list on the right.

A list of tags on their journal will show up.

Do you know if there's a way to get that three_weeks_for_dreamwidth tag onto a subscription filter?

Unfortunately, there's no easy way to do that yet--you'll need to know who's going to post that tag and then add it for each person.
