Renamed LJ account; crossposting broken
I've renamed my LJ account; crossposts now (predictably :-) ) don't work. As far as I can tell, the correct thing to do is manually replace my (single) cross-post account. The FAQ says:
I don't see any way to do this under Account Settings --> Other Sites. Advice, please?
(Relatedly - I note that many people on my flist who are crossposting avoid having the "Crossposts to:" footer on their DW posts. Again, I can't see any way to remove this; is this because I'm a free user, or am I overlooking something important?)
You may delete your target journal from the crossposter at any time and reconfigure the crossposter to crosspost to a different journal.

First, check "delete" and save. Then add the new journal you want to crosspost to, here: https://www.dreamwidth.org/manage/externalaccount
If you want to get rid of the "Crossposts to:" footer you have to uncheck "Display Crosspost Link".
That should work for both paid and unpaid accounts.

Regarding removing my previous account: I am still not seeing the "delete" check box. I am running Firefox 3.6.15 under Windows XP (Professional, I think). This is what the Account Settings - Other sites page looks like to me. This is what editing the details for my existing account looks like (with password deleted). Finding "delete" on the Account Settings page comes up with nothing.
Sorry - it would have helped if I'd provided the screenshots in the first place!
-- just to clarify -- obviously I don't expect you to keep answering my questions, but obviously it will help anyone else who happens by if I express the problem a bit more clearly! :-)

You'll definitely have to delete the old settings first before the other page lets you submit new information.

-- sorted. Text size won't fix the problem, but using the tab key does. There is a bug report to be filed here, I think...
