Exporting journal to LJ?

I know that there is a way to import journals from LJ. Is there a way to export DW journals to LJ? Or do I need to go in, edit individual posts and crosspost from there? Silly me only recently decided to synchronize all my journals. Took me a while to realize that it isn't a complex process. :)

From what I know you can't import a DW journal to LJ. You can do the other way around.

However, if you edit either the original post at LJ or the imported post and if you reimport your entries for whatever reason (ie to import new comments left since your last import), then the DW importer won't "update" the entry itself.

if you want to keep both journals in sync, here's what I suggest. Import your LJ to DW, entries and comments. Then, start crossposting from DW (check the faqs for more info about this). If you need to edit your entries, edit your DW post (remember to keep the crosspost tickbox ticked) and save the entry. That will automatically update BOTH entries.

Hope this helps.

If you're on Windows you can use LJ-Sec. It won't transfer your tags though.
