poll creation

I found a link to the poll creator - http://www.dreamwidth.org/poll/create.bml - via the FAQ, but that seems like the type of thing that one ought to be able to navigate to by a menu or other means.

I went to check on LJ, and there's a list on their version of the "post an entry" page that includes a link to the create a poll page:

Is the poll creator listed/linked elsewhere and I just can't find it?

There's a poll creator button if you switch to the RTE, but, you are correct, there ought to be one linked from the HTML editor. It would be awesome if you reported the bug! (Report via the support board.)

Also, the one in the RTE isn't the same as the regular poll creator, and, as I discovered yesterday, still uses language involving the friendslist, so be careful. (I don't think the DW team has really done much anything with the RTE yet.)

Wow, there is all sorts of stuff on the RTE that I never knew was there. I don't think I ever once used it on LJ.
